No, we have clear examples of people get things done at the local, city, state and sometimes national level. However, anything past the "city level" often has some backroom deals or even if the person themselves isn't in the room or knows about it. They have people pulling the strings in the shadows to push something and basically make that good thing bad by the time they get what they want. However, we have seen states give to the will of the people at times. Though, at times they just say no cause they know the people won't do shit about it. Depends on the state.</p></blockquote><p></p>
