Interest Discovered my new Fav pepper tonight

Its still too early to say but I had a little New mexico pepper tonight and by taste its probably my fav
New Mexico pepper is offbrand Hatch pepper.
New mexico red pepper was so bright and tangy and smokey. Very nice pepper
I will need to compare against Datll pepper and Hungarian pepper just to be sure but Ill asume for now this is the tastiest pepper.

I noticed its actually rare, to have tolerance anyone correct me if im wrong. The two hotspots are north India and Mexico

I consider this pepper very mild, its milder than most Jalapeno but they said they said they have all heat levels. I guess i just have the mild one, Hungarian pepper is also mild. Dat'll pepper is supposedly extremely hot but the hot sauce i had from it was not that hot

Do you enjoy spicy foods, how well would you say is your spice tolerance? I genuinely enjoy spicy foods, if I have to option to put some on the food I eat I usually do. I even like it on not so typical foods like ice cream or sweets. Don’t know how to properly measure one’s tolerance for it but...

My new fav pepper by heat is Birds eye pepper by heat. it has the most prefect heat and size is very manageable. i cook two pods just about every dish I make.
I might decide to grow it myself
