I suspect that it might help you not be as paranoid and can help tire you out and give you that needed stimulation. My only concern is that seeing the same shit everyday unrelated to your thoughts might be quite distracting. I mean at the very least it is motivational right.

Do you ever remind youeself to clear your own bedoom? I don't as I've noticed my mom has to do it since the floor collects piles of dust every 2 months or so. I don't even see the point of doing so besides... you know, the dust lying on the floor as I like to walk through my household with my socks on.

I only clean it whenever my mom wants me to, and she usually pays me to do it too.

Here's my desk setup as of right now. It's quite comfy but could use a good cleaning. (It is springtime, so maybe a spring cleaning is in order.)
Girlfriend bought me the Bbokari plushies and I keep them on my desk just to think of her whenever I'm writing or working on school stuff.
Also, I used to have my Switch 2 + the dock here but now I put it on my television because it's easier to play rather than sitting at my desk playing with a capture card.
