Sometimes they can manifest physically which why you get reports of people claiming they've seen a ghost or see them in a picture

Yeah i saw my grandmother after she died at 8y, like fully aware in a bedroom on hallway, so left to call my mom and when i came back its gone, so really strange stuff, if was only my mind would still see her. @Loner
