Its not very rare to meet high IQ people, I am sure you met one or 2 in your life. I dont know the stats, but I think 1 in 1000 is newton level. I am not able to produce data about it, but I think its more or less like this. Even if newton level was 1 in 10k it would still mean that in a simple city there are at least 1 or 2 that match that level of IQ.
In my school I seen some real geniuses, for xample my history professor, he had 184 confirmed titles. But he wasnt alone, in my city theres also famed doctors, famed architecture gurus, designers, artists. I also had an occasion to talk to a nobel title, a dude said to have 180IQ, yeah he felt "different" not as much as I anticipated.
It can be in some cities there is a higher concentration of IQ than others, I also seen cultural enclaves. Unexpectedly I seen one in a small city of 4000 people, an industrial pole that evolved after Olivetti (a company) decayed, so they have structures to form doctors and engineers. All kids have engineering background, the level of IQ is quite high there.
My point is if you look around you, there are probably some IQ peaks in your city, and if its not the case you can find them in bigger cities, and its not even hard to find them. Im sure if you start going university you see lots of gifted students and professors.
If you go on youtube instead, you dont find anyone with IQ, they are all mediocre. I was thinking about the case of JPeterstein, hes an underachiever. Not only compared to my local teachers, but also compared to me. I mean even I have have a higher cultural level than peterson. Its not excluded I may even have a higher IQ compared to him. But I cant know.
The point is, its not "a rarity" to find someone highIQ, they are as common as grains of sand. 1 in a thousand is not rare in humans. If there were few IQ beasts, our civilization wouldnt even be able to run, because to do industry you need a ton of IQ resources. Medical establishment requires a base IQ of 110. But its not unheard that some doctors are IQ beasts who go over 150.
On the internet, people pretend IQ is super rare, but is it really? I dont struggle to find it. I think its another thing, its the fact that mediocre normies want to elect mediocre people who "think like them", which is why they elect ecelebs.
On the internet, people also say that they are learning archetypes from Juden Peterstein online university. And thats supposed to be "high level info" according to them. But in reality I dont struggle at all to find better sources of info from my local universities. I dont struggle to find people that can teach me better, and cheaper too, if not even for free.
Most of the resources my society provides are free already. For example I can go university for free, if I register as a listener. Or I can take my time, and work + study. And there is some flexibility in courses, they allow me to skip exams if I already gave them in another place. My titles also get recognized if I travel to australia or moldova. I wonder what is the value of mr eceleb youtube academia. I tell you right now I dont recognize it.
Plus, I get any skill course for free, or if it isnt free I have to pay max 90 bucks for regional courses. On the internet instead everything is low quality and costs much more, and teachers are almost subhuman level lowIQs.
