There is a scene from a lovecraftian tale that always crosses my mind: the astronaut trying to get out of a invisible labyrinth. I read that tale in the 2000s and it was agony from just reading it. He dies when he is very close to the exit. I wonder if someone tried to reproduce it in a movie.

there isn't many movie adaptations, apparently it's hard to make
