I think its a bit unfair in favor of blacks because black teens grow faster physically, so they are stronger than avg at same age. But the brain of the black stops growing at some point.

In any case, its sad and all, but the teens always beat each other, and its one of these formative experiences that are supposed to happen. What I think would be optimal would be to teach honor systems to the teens, so that they will be able to challenge each other to do duels and debates and preserve their dignity and honor even in the case they lose, yuo can lose with honor by acknowledging someone else bested you,so you improve and become better.

These brawls are savagery and probably is concerning, but it taught many lessons to many people, and it will become the formative experience motivating these kids and they will have knowledge of a problem that nobody else does.
