Ok, my tendon seems to have recovered enough to get back in the game, took it good 3 months with trial and error.

I typically listen to one type of album for working out, and then one or a couple after. They are more high test than my normal varity of music.

I won't dump the entire library, but post it piecemeal - the goal here is to poach more music and not show off mine.

Today, I went for a standard classic for working out: easy on the ear British death metal, people even classify them as deathcore. But it's less hysteric and screamy than that zoomer music.

For post-workout, I choose way wider range of albums, today it's just some random death metal. Happened to be Nile, not that excited to post it.

johnvee @johnvee, I noticed, lifts to some grunge :nerd: He plays DnD as well and might be recruited.

Wow, that's a really toxic enviroment.

Half of those death metal guys are ugly, and you won't find them joining sausage fests to cry about it.

Soft boys were raised by moms, and it's no surprise you are ..you.

No heavy music. No heavy lifting. Refusing treatment.

Not fluent in the crust scene at all, but I do have some in store as well - all of those bands are Swedish.

I'll try it out on the leg day soon, the point is that these albums are not overly elaborate soundtracks. Unless intended as post-workout.
I like it more for the sludge aspect not just the crust. Crushing, slow-tempo sludge metal is ideal for heavy lifting, with thick, rhythmic riffs that sync with lifting. Melvins bullhead album is peak.
