probably a year collectively, I got finished with my schoolwork early in mid 2025 and smoked weed everyday, had a major depressive episode then got a job ending my first official neet streak. Then I got fired from said job and haven't done shit ever since probably a few months ago so now we are on neet streak number 2!

I've been neet on and off, currently a few months into it. Though I've basically lived the same lifestyle whether I'm wagie/studying or Neeting.

People who can neet consecutively for long periods of time are pretty fortunate, I think.

it wears off after a few years, you just spend your free time trying to dopaminemax. I don't recommend it after 3 years unless you have a youtube channel or something your building wear you might be able to earn a income or job opportunity

If you have a good stream of Neetbux + nice living conditions it can be pretty tolerable. Or if you were wealthy in the first place.

If you have a good stream of Neetbux + nice living conditions it can be pretty tolerable. Or if you were wealthy in the first place.

we're all eventually going to be screwed when our parents die and can't fund our lifestyle. hopefully UBI takes over. We also won't be retiring more than likely. then again, most people in our generation will be working until they die since retirement is becoming a dream

being a wageslave is no different. same repetitive cycle, nothing interesting happening outside work. Now if you have to deal with the stress of work for 8 hours, as well as cortisol spiking from an alarm at 6 AM
