Smoking dose is 20mg to 50 mg, I'm a degenerate and go for 75 normally. I think vaping it is the best way to go and from there you have two options, and that's putting it into an oil to vape or free base, technically you can put it on some herb and do it that way but I don't suggest mixing substances.
