The author, Kouji Mori (Miura Kentarou's best friend, by the way – that should tell you something about the quality), clearly knows his stuff. He breaks down every punch, every stance, every grapple. You learn about boxing, karate, judo, kickboxing, even wrestling. It's like a goddamn manual for street combat, but in a way that’s never preachy or boring. It respects the craft.
