It began 2020 but it officially starts 2030 thats your deadline to get out
well it took decades really but yeah 2020 test was the moment they knew they had them. 2030 is more of a arbitrary number they came up with.
they want cashless society's and use mass media, entertainment, schools to brainwash us into becoming dopamine addicted cucks to there creation. they want to eliminate cultures or fuse them into something else. in the 2000s when Internet was a banished of free speech it use it gave me hope but now....

We are fundamentally frugivores with some carnivorous adaptation but have selectively cultivated plant matter to make it digestible for us in ways that they would not have been before the agrarian revolution. It may have been that meat was once the only viable nutrient dense food source but this is no longer the case because we have bio-engineered legumes, fruits, vegetables to have appropriate nutrients which is a very recent invention.

Creatine - Body can produce some but for strength training best to supplement.
Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine - can be synthesized from other aminos on a plant-based diet.
CoQ10 - Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, supplement if need more.
Cholesterol - Body produces its own cholesterol.
Heme Iron - Just eat Vitamin C with Non-Heme Iron to absorb it, you don't need heme.
Zinc - As long as you cook beans or legumes properly to remove phytate it is bioavailable.

I dont know what happened to you, but just vit C is not enough for collagen, i do VIT C IV therapy mixed with daily powder. Vit A is important too, eat about 100mg of liver a day to enjoy the benefits.

The body produces a REALLY small quantity of creatine, you must either supplement OR consume red meat.
