Help How do i add a footnote?

I finally thought of something to post that is worthwhile, but i want to add a footnote to the text. Is this possible?
I guess i could type out the shit but i want them to be automatically numbered with links and a thing

Also, how do i do a LaTeX fragment? I would like to add those funny right arrow things with \to or \rightarrow
