But I gave it an incel interpretation that is better and also more accurate.
Imagine if we antisocial incels joined a brain in a vat collective, we become sybil system and we would be fine having no great narrative. We antisocial incels dont give a shit about nazism or communism. We will not follow logic of false opposite, no jewish narrative no religion no ideology. And our enemies the normies would be left clueless still doing their petty "rebellion" aesthetic with anarchy. I love how the anime selected anarchy as the aesthetics to mock.
Antisocial doesent means you have no narrative whatsoever, sybil also had his own biases. Sybil had a narrative, it was the human idea of "perfection" the embodiment of all the collective biases that would get resolved constantly. This is precisely how we antisocials think of ourselves, we acknowledge our own bias and we measure others. The depiction of our collective intelligences is accurate.

Normies in the anime had to believe all the time that they were set up against machines, and tyranny is enforced with algorithms. It was false, tyranny was not just machines, it was a council of human brains selected among the antisocials. If normies do not believe the lie of the "perfect algorithm", then they will revolt and create their own brain in a vat collectives and they will be bigger and more powerful than the antisocial collective.
Without the "noble lie" the system would not work. So, I think there is a solution. And to improve sybil, you have to create a subordinate brain in a vat system, solely focused on narrative design and manufacturing purpose and identity. This second brain in a vat system is created with idealist normie brains, so that it can create meaningful stories. By this method, you can make people happy, and give them the adventure of a lifetime. Sybil of course has to be above this slave system.
Once you make the sheeple happy, you can manage them better. This is how I would solve the conondrum in psycho pass anime, you have to narrativize sheeple. Just managing them with antisocial brain collective isnt enough.
