Don't do nothing. Just be completely in the present moment and be compassionate towards every human being NO EXCEPTIONS. Even yourself. Forgive everyone and yourself for any kind of pain you have felt.

Difficult?

Just meditate on compassion towards everything.

I write "ego-death" because the ego does not exist.
