I need some help in being less addicted to my smartphone.
You can't because you need a girlfriend and social circle and even everyone else is addicted as a lot of dating and organising stuff is tied to that ecosystem now

You've probably heard the same advice a million times, but it mainly boils down to self-control and finding other things to fill the void. Smartphones like almost anything can be a serious addiction.

As as a general rule, like it works for most people, probably better to decrease your dosage little by little rather than all at once. With all at once you'll probably just want something even more, while little by little your brain can gradually adapt more.

And best to find other things to fill the avoid. Like social activities in the real world help. If you don't like social things then things like exercise, walks, writing, drawing, etc. I'd say video games and TV could be good temporary replacements for phone usage time, but those can also become addictions if you're not careful because they're also screens.

Also, helps to see a therapist if possible, but I know not everyone can afford a therapist, so this part might be useless to suggest.
