it's so shit after chapter 122 (after eren hugs ymir) that I never rec it. ur missing out real bad if u haven't listened to the soundtrack tho.

I wonder if u got filtered by the uprising arc tho. the pacing was good till then. either way I watched it the moment it came out in 2013. it's definitely much better when experienced as a teenager. in many ways I enjoyed the community aspect more than the show itself.

I regret doing this but I'm too far in to quit now. idgaf about 80% of the chicks there too.

I did learn something tho. the vast majority of anime character designs are basic af. makes more sense to fill out the S and E tiers while leaving everything else blank.

guessing im the only one who's rating them by looks alone. funny how some of the shittiest characters like erza are the hottest. chainsaw man waifus got really low ratings but seeing the kobeni rating I'll have to assume ur not a manga reader which makes the rankings make sense. Hana in D tier is odd to me since she carried prison school but I think it's a good list overall.

I dont like chainsaw man at all, hate the protagonist, only watched toji moments and some of the first episodes.
The ice woman in akame ga kill is top tier, personality+looks+history, man what a sad anime.

the protagonist completely ruined the second part (which is manga only atm) but part 1 has a lot of other interesting characters. Denji does develop and completely moves past his simping at the end of part 1 but the author undoes all of it.

Its the game of thrones effect, letting the history evolve naturally, terrible for a generic naruto protagonist type, but thats why the anime is popular in the first place just like GoT

yeah fans really liked to use denji as a self-insert for their depraved simping and femdom fetishes so the author was probably told by editors to backpaddle on his character development.

now i love when a protagonist starts like a ippo and ends like kira, or dr tenma types that actually evolve
