Update: I can't sleep and the glans now exposed is rubbing on my boxer briefs sensitive feeling and walking have to be careful not to move penis around too much.

I'm gonna have to try briefs which are tighter but offer more support.

And the urine stream is spraying out every time in all directions.

I'm experiencing severe insomnia and slightly agony.
I don't regret doing it, just the recovery is a lot harder for adults than newborns

I haven't slept well past couple of days and still up at 4 am now. My pee hole is slightly red and i think there might be a slight bruise near the edge of the glans near the bandage. at 12 pm later today im gonna get my bandage removed. Then im gonna take antibiotics and start salt water baths before shower.
The hypersensitivity is still there, praying it will get better inshallah.

It could be a coincidence but I couldn't sleep these past days as well. I hope the sensitivity issue gets solved out for you. If I got my foreskin removed (which is wajib?), then I'd probably suffer from extreme hypersensitivity to the point of suicidal idealization as I can't stand most textures.

Should I ask a doctor to prescribe me Seroquel or Olanzapine ? Those antipsychotics used to knock me out for sleep way back in the day.
Other than that I could take melatonin gummies but all these drugs have side effects..

Earlier today I had the bandage removed and it was super uncomfortable and I had to take strong painkillers after.

I also now have a donut shaped swelling ring under the penis glans near the scar line where the staples are. It looks fatty and shaped like a donut, which the doctor said is normal. I checked forums they said it goes away in 4 to 6 weeks.

Night time erections have been super painful. It's literally agony.

Tomorrow I start antibiotics and salt water baths + shower.
I need to ask doctor how long I'm supposed to keep the gauze around the penis head, cos some people on forums said you need to let the brain get used to the sensation of rubbing on clothing underwear.
