Don’t hold the door open for women. Don’t carry their bags if they need help.

If they’re being abused or raped, look the other way. If they’re being exploited, see how you can benefit from it (as long as it’s legal)

Don’t do them favors, don’t help them, don’t even be nice unless you get something in return. (Don’t be rude either, just polite and generally avoid them)

Don’t get into a cucked marriage where you finance everything for her. If you do attract a woman, pump and dump her, don’t give her a relationship or anything more.

Look to legalize prostitution and replace all interactions you have with women with them

Women say they don’t owe men anything. Sure, they’re right. But they get infinite privileges from men, and men are so desperate for sex that they do all of this because they hope they’ll get sex in return.

But if they’re not giving it to you, or not giving it to you how you want them to, then stop. That mutual agreement only happens because we need to have kids for society to function. But with advanced AI on the horizon, and most men being exploited when they finally get to fulfill their instincts and reproduce, just avoid them entirely.

Unfortunately this is impossible unless done on a society wide scale, which will never happen. Most men are complete simps.

A collective solution is needed for a systemic problem, although this one in particular can't be applied unless the overwhelming majority of men choose to not simp anymore. For obvious reasons, this is quite unrealistic, even though it directly addresses the root of the problem (which is to cut off the narcissistic supply for these women and thus make their world view collapse in favor of a more stable one)
