I simply think whites suppressed the reproduction rates of the underclass and were aware of the issue of dysgenics.
Also, mormons and jews are doing it, and they promote the highIQ and intentionally disprivilege the lowIQ.

This is an example of he subrace underclass that is actively being suppressed in the white society.
Basically, they are even worse and lower IQ than actual negros.
So I asked myself why are whites or jews so much smarter than anyone else? Why asians too are smart? and why browns arent smart? I dont pretend to know the answer, but I think the key is suppressing the underclass. Disprivilege the poor dumb uneducated, and privilege instead those who have intellect or qualities or talents.
