There was already a translation, but mine is better. Also incel wiki only reports 10 mantras. Here full mantra.
For the reader convenience I explain where and when all of this came to be. It came during the late 2000s I dont know exactly when. But Johnny Red was active in shitposting online during the 2000s, and around 2007-8 he finalized his bible.
The bible was called "red pill" at the time, and I want to make you notice how things have changed. Most of the info in this document would be regarded "black pill" nowadays.
What is the bible: a collection of mantras. Youre supposed to repeat them, and quote articles everytime someone says something that was already considered by the bible.
This bible was spread in the various italian forums. Forums comprising autism related, female dating platforms, romantic stories forums, and anywhere else. Also these articles were circulating on facebook.
Repeating mantras allowed the past incels to pretty much conquer the digital lands, and nobody really debunked it. Theres some of these articles that are weaker than others, some are related to old memes. Like, in the past it was told women like "intellect" in men, and they were called "sapio sexual". Laugh all you want, this is what incels of the past contended with. JR (johnny) showed to all that when women say (with words) they like intelligent people what they mean is they like some douche with glasses, some tall chad as usual.
The normies of the time were also used to derive a sense of "I am worthy, I am superior" when they "conquered" some girl, and they were used to narrativize the whole experience, saying that they get pussy because they have wits and talent. Truth is = they got good looking douche face, nothing else relevant.
And women, they would also narrativize chads, and describe them as full of qualities... Fruit of their imagination, all invention nothing is real.
So this bible represents one very relevant incel milestone. It also saved lots of incels from autism forums. Johnny red acted like the prophet Neo, he dragged people out of NEET-ism and autism, showing them that they do not have to be labeled by normies, and they got nothing wrong. All they got was being ugly, a curse that has nothing to do with your mental health. (im not a doctor im aware in some cases autism is real)
As for some of the last mantras where JR refers to "woman signals". It is due to a moralizing attitude of normies at the time, they told us incels we are unable to interpret woman signals of interest.
