You look like an MTN to me not an incel. Especially if 6ft 1in I don't think you need 'fixing' per se. You have thicker eyebrows which women like. Maybe try growing a short beard?

I have a decent jaw underneath my facial fat, I don't think a beard would suit me.

I know I'm very plain average looking. As long as I look MTN once I lose all of my fat on my face plus doing all body exercise, then it's definitely enough for me.
