Why? Because I'm starting to realize that longevity and anti aging is the most important thing I will look into various diets and see what the best one is

A diet based on plants results in a higher level of antioxidants, but i find extremely necessary not only following the normal anti aging stuff but to do intravenous injections once a week(Vitamin C, MSM, NAC, glutathione , and so much more), its so strong that lighten the skin
