Each time difficult emotions arise like anger, depression, and so on, I will immediately listen to a song related to that emotion:
Anger:
"Screams, cries, pain, misery, my salvation is dying"
Depression:
And so on...
Always that I do this my body trembles and contorts, they say this is trauma response leaving your body. Now I will combine this with David Goggins inspired productivity.
I hope my nervous system gets annihilated.
Each time a painful emotion, listen to painful music, feel the painful feeling, allow your nervous system to go boom.
BURN FUCKING NERVOUS SYSTEM.
