The idea of "i can ignore this discussion or that person" is a very strong power. You can unexist someone or something, if you can I mean.
Dont know about you but in my situation I was lower status so I could not ignore christianity for instance. Because it was everywhere, so it was impossible to ignore, unless I becom deaf and dumb but the christian would be glad to give me morse code bibles even in that situation. Cause they got the doctrine of church visibility, they have a mission to not be ignored.
I just made an example. And many times people told me while I was growing up, that I had to ignore them and walk away, elegantly, like dante did. And I have read dante and I know he didnt ignore anyone, he payed attention and all people he hated lived "rent free" in his head. Also, dante didnt advise us to "ignore", he simply said we have to rejoice looking at the suffering of the normies, and pass nearby and express some contempt but not even that much because they chose to be irrelevant on their own. Dante said observe them, judge them, remember them, narrate them, destroy them.
Dante is very balanced, he reached a level of contempt for the plebs I dont think I will ever reach, because he had more experience and also he was several times higher IQ than I will ever be. He said deny them emotional engagement, they dont matter that much. And then preserve your peace, because you matter and they dont. And refuse their petty games, because they are worms who burn in hell.
To gain access to a power like social attention isnt a joke. And gain power to ignore someone is a tangible thing that you will definitely experience soon, because normies are getting weaker by the day, you will see what you can do to them now.
To me this is all new. I grew up low status forced to not ignore things around me. I could simply not ignore whats in front of me, it makes you crazy to be an ignorer of reality, it makes you like these people on SSRI or like the chinese on opiod. But dante wasnt crazy, so he sent them all to hell like a sane person would.
When you ignore = you dominate. You will establish objective superiority. A power to use wisely. Afterall I was victim of it, I dont think id like to repeat an abuse.
But its a new addition to my current powerlevel, I will try to use it sparingly hoping that the wisdom of dante can be of some guide for me.
