Success I'm detoxed and out of forumposting rehab. Need a new default activity

my default rotting activities throughout the years

birth-2013: worldbuilding and fantasizing about minecraft and the box dimension from club penguin
2013-2015: reading wikipedia
2015-2018: listening to coach red pill, memeulous and turkey tom on youtube
2018-2021: playing multiplayer games and rotting in server discords
2021-present time: scroooling internet forums

2022 was prime of forumposting, dialed in 100%, cut out every single one of my contacts to rot 14-24 hours a day on looksmax.
2023 was silver age, grew a little old. maybe only 10 hours of forumusing a day. No longer believed in "secret knowledge", been there, done that
2024 i got put in the oldcel's retirement home of Neets.net
2025 i wanna start a new chapter. My default activity will be something new. Ideally meditating, probably reading about some new subject
