Whereas in current year men have to pay a significant amount of money/dowry to the father to be given his daughter, we need to return to the time where women had to pay a dowry to men so they would marry them. Women are a burden, we have to feed them, clothe them, fuck them, fulfill all their needs and deal with their nagging and then they expect us to PAY for such a privilege in modern times, our ancestors had the right ideas, they need to pay us to take their stupid ass daughter from their hands. I knew about this for a while but was just reminded of it when i was reading vinland saga manga and some foid called etid or something says she doesn't have the money for dowry to get married.
What are your thoughts?

The female equivalent is known as a bride price, (and as a dowry vice-versa). It's an antiquated custom especially in the West, and it varies culture by culture, but I can see the benefits in the past when resources were scarce and family structures were more robust.

In India I was expected to pay but it was to her bank account as marriage insurance because white people have a reputation for fickleness.

Yes there was atime where it was custom for the brides father to pay the groom to take his daughter to be his wife, that must have been real fucking nice. Ofcourse incels didn't exist back then, a man could have a woman of his choosing.
