His eyes are big because they protrude out of the sockets as can be seen with his before pic
Hunter eyes are hunter eyes because they're deep set
Altering the soft tissue to reduce the visible vertical height of your eyeballs while your eyeballs still look giga wide because they're protruding is utterly farcical
It looks like he has some kind of cartoon character eye area now, no person will ever consider this normal looking within the first 2 seconds of seeing him
