So boyos, I'm trying crash dieting/fasting, I tried other methods of weight loss and I have issues with all of them, I think crash dieting/fasting will be successful for me (it better be because its my last resort).

I tried mass exercise and regular dieting and while mass exercise was very effective it wasn't sustainable, I don't want to walk for 3 to 4 hours everyday for the rest of my life, and dieting is gay because the weight loss is too slow for me, losing 3 lbs a month is not fast enough.

I went all out on the buffet yesterday because it was my birthday, I thought I would enjoy it and then start fasting and crash dieting, I "only" had 4 plates of chinese food at the buffet so I didn't go too crazy, mostly ribs, beef 'n broccoli, and egg rolls, I also had a bit of rice and some goo loo pork, I never had goo loo pork so I had to try it and it was simply okay.
