It's that time of the year again. Onset of seasonal affective disorder has begun. I woke up at like 2AM and dug out of my light therapy devices from the closet and spent 5 minutes under white light, 15 minutes under red light and 10 under blue. I don't know if I feel any different yet, but in past years it seems to help after a few days. Maybe it's just placebo effect, but it's better than doing nothing.
