I tried to live the mental experiment of a life without elites. It can work here and there in some limited spaces.
In interpersonal relationships it does not works, because an average normie cannot derive sources of information on his own, and they do not possess mental abilities enough to allow for reciprocity. And lack of mental abilities also affects morality. If someone is mentally unable to understand someone did something for him (maybe it was immaterial) they cannot reciprocate it.
So it happens normies are never source of their own beliefs. Normies cannot "mature". The lie that there is a stage of human development called "maturity" does not considers the presence of normies. Maturity can be reached by some humans, approx 10% IDK... but is unattainable for some people.
The masses rely on slander and personal attacks, they cannot function inside a complex civilization. This is a problem for social planners, and people who deal with the lowering of global IQ average. A lot of jobs in the past were done for people avg 100, but some areas are becoming avg 90... jobs are evolving... and everything is planned so people have less responsibility in their own job...
So this leads to more bureaucracy, and more managerial nanny state and more social planning regardless the main ideology in place in your society. You can call it communism or capitalism and I dont really care.
Notice the average morality around you. All is based on equality, resentment. All jobs are simplified and despite that people complain MORE. All info is available for free, and yet people pay MORE and get in debt. All is attainable, but people are sadder and more retarded than ever before. Nothing checks out, nothing makes sense. If social experiments of the 60s were true, then we would see people more educated in our days. But instead everyone goes online and repeats info from grifters... despite there are more sources to get it for free.
Normies pay university, then they pay a grifter, then they already pay the default taxes... they are paying 3 times for something that was already achieved.
Whether I want it or not, elite is simply inevitable if we go on like this.
