There are 2 types of incels. The fakes and the true ones.
The true incels were marginalized people. Ostracization was issue number 1. This stuff can happen regardless of the looks level. Incel culture and identity developed thru centuries. Incels also left literature. Some incels were also monks or heads of churches. One in particular I admired when I was younger was saint macarius of egypt.
The story of saint macarius excited me and made me realize a rebellion against the entire world is possible. This is his story (paraphrased by me): he was forced to marry, he refused. The normies of his time beat him up, and fracture his bones. He still refuses to marry. His adamant beliefs to reject normie life inspired me and made me believe an anti normie existence is reality.
Later, macarius became an isolated monk, he conquered the right to own an entire fortress. And he organized a place full of people who did not want to marry.
After he obtained his fort, he defended it as if his life depended on it. He organized an armed resistance against normies who did not share his superior values of education, study, scholarship and lifelong dedication to crafts and passion.
I mean, yeah the official story never mentioned his armed resistance. But all forts need guards and armies. So I presume he had some means of defense.
Religion oftentimes is a mean of rebellion, thru which you can train a new generation of people on the values of rejecting norms and pursue scholarship. You can replicate incel minds endlessly, and if normies come to bother you, then you toss them in dungeons, or they will meet finally a true armed incel resistance.
Now, there are also other true based heroes who achieved greatness in spite of the shithole lame norms of their society. I have more examples, but they are wasted in a fakecel community. The point being, there are true incels who reject norms, and they are in trouble.
There are also fake incels, they call themselves "chud", and they are instead defined by failure "lack of", they are defined in relation to chad. They hate chad, idolize chad, rebel against chad, want to look like chad. Or there are others who get rejected by the same norms they keep relentlessly promoting, and despite the obvious problem they do not arrive at the obvious conclusion.
Now, these fake ass gay fakecels are often concerned about inventing movements to redistribute pussy, which is also the reason why they are drawn into communism. Bcause they know of the prophecy where women would become "collectively owned" and they will be distributed. They want a girl basically, but not fo sex, not for reproduction. For "muh meaning".

Point being, we got this conondrum. We cannot reconciliate the 2 lifestyles, they are essentially opposites.
