I started getting this mystery "media service charge" of $100 on my rent portal. Tried calling my apartment manager company and there's just an ai chatbot that doesn't do anything of meaning but waste my time and then when I finally got to talk to a some middle aged white woman nepo baby who isn't used to doing anything real at her job I was on hold for like 30 minutes. Then they just gave me some other persons number handing off accountability. I can't be bothered to pursue it further I imagine this will repeat in a circle and no complaint or questioning will change anything.

Power bill also tripled so I'm robbed of an extra 200 per month combined like magic. Right out of my pocket straight to vanguard or blackrock or whoever owns my apartment complex. Definitely not a small company or actual human. Stuck on this lease for a long time.

Impossible to live alone or without the support of your parents in todays society.

I've got 2 parking tickets for parking outside of my apartment both of which I shouldn't have gotten obviously because it's residential parking and I live there but I'm pretty sure you can't appeal without going to court so out another ~70 dollars.

For my job I recently had to pay for all these bs certifications which are just ai generated online training modules meant to waste your time and create a fake barrier to entry. Out another hundred dollars.

This is all in the past month for me. It just eats your savings and makes it so you can't do anything but work & stay in your house & eat cheap costco shit. No wonder no young people don't go out any more.
