Venting my family has a line of genetic conditions

from my moms side-diabetes
from my dads side-diabetes and lung cancer

the lung cancer is mostly caused by too much smoking, and my dad is a addict and is prob gonna get it too
im only child so i always feel this itch on my shoulder that reminds me abt these things that i cant share with another person
i hope to at least dodge diabetes man
lung cancer prevention is easy, just don't smoke

Its normal to have alcohol at 12 in czechia/poland/slovakia/balkans lmao

man thats my biggest fear

my dads been a addict to cigs and drinking since he was 15

my grandma was a cig addict since she was 9
my grandpa who got lung cancer from it started when he was 16

I'm so far the person who held away from any kinds of smoking for the longest
bc I know when I start, its gonna be a battle to stop
Ive seen it personally in my father and grandma, everyday is a struggle for him man, everytime when he promised me he would stop, the next morning I would wake up to a smell of smoke in the house and him outside coughing from 3 cigs
