groggy, slow, depressive - but low energy depressive. Not stressful or anxious. curling up in a ball in a dark crook or corner and thinking one negative thought every 5 minutes.
body really out here thinking I need to go into low battery mode to survive winter. Like I'm a 12th century peasant who needs to figure out how to live the next 4 months on weird leaves and the fat from a pig's ass.
My stack to fix this:
More Coffee
thyroid hormone
at least 10,000 IUs Vit D/day
Stringing up 5 sun imitation lamps around my room
Red Light Lamp
Top 2 are to stimulate metabolism
Bottom 3 are to imitate the sun. They do the same in Antarctica, Greenland, the Space Station, Nuclear Submarines and in Underground Bunkers.
