What i mean by this is that you cannot see some hot girl working as a cashier and then try and get a job there, women are dumb but they're not that dumb, she knows you're only trying to get into her pants. The only way it will work is if it comes naturally/organically and yes i understand you do need some luck on this since you will be applying to a job and hoping there are attractive young women working there since if you get to know/see them beforehand, they will instantly see it as inorganic and your chances are low unless very attractive and tall.
This has been my experience, i have seen my oneitis and plenty of other girls get with/marry their coworkers because it's all organic, if some autist tries to go to her workplace repeatedly it won't work, she'll see the desperation and be turned off.

It doesn't matter if you hide the desperation, it will end up showing up unconsciously through speech and behavior. Do not understimate what the unconscious mind can do, for it shows its claws thoroughly in human interaction.

The solution is to go deep within your own mind and find the roots and the origin of the desperation while still trying to interact with women.

I don't know, I think if you just be yourself and be honest and authentic women will appreciate it. All of this redpill stuff is in the realm of chronically online basement dwellers. In real life there is value in connection, and women will be more receptive if you're familiar and warm. Just don't be a creep and there's a high chance you'll find a connection that's organic.
