Venting Raged today

Anyone else act impulsively without considering the outcome? Today it was building frustration from the past couple months, either way it ended with me smashing shit to feel good. Thankfully it only lasts a few minutes. I usually ruminate in my thoughts about wanting to destroy shit for a while till I finally snap. I just need a chill NEET gf I can beat when I’m pissed

A man who can control his emotions (especially anger) is infinitely stronger than any weightlifter, I've found sitting and laying down when angry helps.

I have attacks like that too, it's not good. It happens to me when I remember some bad experience I had in the past with other people who hurt me, traumas, or when I remember how insignificant I am in this world. It also happens sometimes to me when I see something I don't like in other places on the Internet.

yeah that or meditating. helps a lot.

It also helps long term, you get better control over time.
