What collapsed sexual revolution from 1970 onward till the peak in the 90s wasnt the science. Yes science did lots to collapse pretty much all communist theories. From their denial of human nature, blank slate, to all the theories that linked emotional development to "muh capitalism". Science destroyed communism completely. Historians rebeled against communist history, archeology shows also signs of resistance.
Social sciences are perennially defecated and corrupted and will remain sewers forever.

Who today owns the counter culture is CIA, its alex jokes and joe roagan. They essentially tell young men: be fitmaxed, have success, follow us, and they grift the sheeple selling peptides and proteins. This would have never happened without dating apps.
What really crushed communist "sexual liberation" was dating apps. It was year 2010, dating apps allowed incels come on stage, influence the normies on a mass scale. Everyone seen it in front of their eyes: women dont select for ideological conformity. An edgy SJW will have sex with a bald naziskin if hes hot.
People seen it with their eyes. People experienced it, this is even more important.
Before 2010, if a young man in these progressive commy spaces was lonely or repeatedly rejected, the leftist "state priesthood" (psychologists, teachers, university organizers) would gaslight him. They would tell him: "You are lonely because you havent fully deconstructed your patriarchal conditioning. Go read more theory, examine your privilege, and become more egalitarian"
Incels were isolated. I lived that period, it was horrid. But it was also good in some way, we had nerd community intact and we had social circles.
Other than that, post 2010, the Christian grifters didnt have to convince young men that the secular leftist model was broken. We already experienced its failure on a mass scale.
