Some people told me palantir is inferior tech. But cant confirm.

My schizo instinct is this one: World economic forum is an investor platform. Price ceiling is 50k, so that you have a platform where to present a project. Your project will be listened to primarily by elderly people.

Elderly people usually tend to respond positively when you give them illusion of control. Your project can contain a number of buzzwords that a boomer elderly audience responds positively to. You can present an idea in a persuasive way, and given the platform you are using your authority is already bought by your entrance ticket.

So by this method lots of tech has been sold to a tech illiterate public. Inside a marketing theatre, your performance matters. Prestige itself is enough to sell a product. Doesnt means the product is miraculous or is the most efficient solution.

By saying this I dont mean to say palantir is all cope and is bad software. I was presenting my schizo instincts about the whole platform and how I see it.
