In almost anything you only get worse without exertion/effort, even if you have good cards dealt you need to work, and role the dice to see what you shall receive.

You decline the moment you truly relax…. Apathy.

Being high energy at all times is essential, otherwise you are pretty much dead.

Apparently a Vitamin B-Complex gives you a burst of energy throughout the day if taken in the morning, i've been considering it since i am likely deficient in one or multiple b-vitamins and am tired all the time.
