There are various fundamentally different teaching methods. For the time being I consider only 2 of them.
First method is consider teaching a temporary situation. The greatest accomplishment a teacher can obtain is becoming unnecessary, seeing his student surpass him and obtain on his own methods of learning. At first the teacher spoonfeeds the kid, but later he sees the kid learning to do his own research and improving his abilities to think and write. The teacher has nothing else to teach, he became redundant and this is a good thing.
This method showcases the truth that authority is only temporary, until a human reaches full adult qualities and stands equal (because he can challenge and win) in front of adults, then you no longer need to "transmit knowledge" because the kid generates his own knowledge without you.
Grifter morality is opposite, its operating on a purely egalitarian and communist logic. The grifter income and prestige depends on maintaining an audience rather than creating adults that surpass him. Consequently, the ideal follower is one who is always "almost there", meaning some imbecile that keeps getting grifted, keeps consuming new slop, new ideoligies like "nofap" or whatever it is the latest fashionable vegan "triggered" bullshit for the masses.
Instead of being initiated, the grifted losers are treated like babies, offered no path of improvement and no direction in life.
In the grifting model of teaching, info is diluted. What could be given in 30 pages of incel essay, is instead diluted in 200 youtube videos focused on parasocial bondin and forming relationshit with the grifter leader.
Take the example of huberman: no normie is told how to obtain the knowledge he has, nobody is told that MIT has got free courses, free lectures. Nobody is offered the option to follow some online university or open-courses in his local academia. Nobody is told a list of books to read, nobody is given any tool to construct the information.
The info given to plebeians is frustratingly incomplete, so that they will always depend on "the source" of grifting. Success as consequence is presented as requiring continuous proximity to the teacher rather than mastering a bunch of first principles and obtain ability to do your own research. This puts grifted sheeple on an even lower moral level compared to Q-Anon. At least their mantra was "do your own research" which is completely legit (if you ignore the other Qanon flaws).
The result of grifter immorality is a culture of perennial childhood. Adults want to live forever, they want to be "spiritual", and often they get into childish bullshit like buddhism or coping with jewsus. There is no paradox here, because this is what the immoral ideology of "egalitarianism" teaches to the retards. It teaches hierarchy.
