REMAIN IN THE PRESENT MOMENT—NO MATTER WHAT. DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. DETACHMENT FROM FEELINGS, SENSATIONS, AND PERCEPTIONS WILL OCCUR NATURALLY. IT CANNOT BE FORCED. FOR THAT REASON ALONE, MY FRIEND, REMAIN IN THE “I AM.”
Stay fully here, with whatever arises: perceptions, feelings, thoughts. You are all of that, and yet you are not any of it. Embrace the paradox. Embrace life, for you are life itself—the movement, the infinite flow, the Tao that cannot be named...
Paradoxically, letting go of the ego that craves certain outcomes is the very key to achieving them effortlessly. Why? Because as the ego dissolves, you enter what’s called non-dual states of consciousness. The dualistic mind quiets—or rather, the Default Mode Network (DMN) deactivates—and with it, the ceaseless egoic chatter that breeds suffering. What remains is pure flow: life unfolding as it must, without the distortion of duality. Just this. Pure Heaven. Nirvana. The Absolute. God. The Universe, doing what it does.
'The Great Way is not difficult
for those who have no preferences.
When love and hate are both absent,
everything becomes clear and undisguised.
Make the smallest distinction, however,
and heaven and earth are set infinitely apart.'
FOLLOW YOUR NATURE.
If your nature is to chase women, chase women. If it’s to be a celibate hermit, be a hermit. If it’s to be a successful entrepreneur, engineer, or doctor—so be it. Be as you are. Rest in the 'I AM.'
To live in the Great Way is neither easy nor difficult.
But those with limited views are fearful and irresolute:
the faster they hurry, the slower they go.
And clinging (attachment) cannot be limited:
Even to be attached to the idea of enlightenment
is to go astray. Just let things be in their own way
and there will be neither coming nor going.
Obey the nature of things (your own nature)
and you will walk freely and undisturbed.

FOLLOW YOUR AUTISTIC TENDENCIES.
