No he left on his own will knowing his behavior was inappropriate. And he returned in one month as if he was banned and reformed. I'm probably not the best mod or admin to get bothered by him but he's done nothing wrong since you got back.

He literally came back just hours after I posted that joke about this forum being an American Candy store and Tabula having a P level security clearance and then he started harassing me again and you as the moderator started denying that it was happening. You can't deny something as clumsily obvious as that.
