Commandment 1: Never deny your body the pleasure of a good nap.
Commandment 2: Eat slowly, enjoy each meal without thinking about diets or restrictions.
Commandment 3: Do the bare minimum. If you can postpone or avoid it, do so. Less is more.
Commandment 4: Discard commitments. Only accept what is truly unavoidable. Even then, rethink it.
Commandment 5: Enjoy without guilt. Do what gives you pleasure without regrets or justifications.
Commandment 6: Delegate everything you can. If someone can do it for you, let them do it.
Commandment 7: Ignore minor problems. If it is not urgent or important, simply do not solve it.
Commandment 8: Stay comfortable. Prioritize the couch, the bed, and everything that favors relaxation.
Commandment 9: Live in the present, do not think about the future or what needs to be done later, only about the now.
Commandment 10: Avoid stress, always choose the easiest and most relaxing path, avoiding any type of mental or physical effort

Feel like this might over-complicate things a little but might work for some.

Quite good although as with anything refinements are always a possibility.

Ever heard of the Montenegrin commandments.

Also Imo also the possible subjective understanding from such mindsets etc that one should ldar and just rot is counterfactual and a misinterpretation, a disregard of nuance

There can be peace of mind if within "you" arises the recognition that there is no "you" within the body, and this becomes permanent. In this sense, "you" can observe the mind-body system, or better said, the mind-body system observes itself and improves itself recursively without the illusion that there is some "I" doing the process which leads to detachment and peace of mind.

The thing is that to acheve peace of mind, there has to be first a process of psychological deconstruction where everything thought, feeling and action is studied so that there can arise realizations that can diminish suffering as to the why the mind-body system (you) is thinking, feeling and doing certain things which produce suffering to the mind-body system (you). At least this has been my experience.

From an evolutionary standpoint, our PRIMAAAAAALLLLL ancestors didn’t just sit around all day dissecting their every thought and feeling. They acted. They learned through instinct, experience, and adaptation. Overthinking every impulse would have been a death sentence in the wild. The tiger doesn’t care why you’re scared, it only cares if you’re too frozen in your thoughts to run. True peace isn’t born from endless deconstruction, and self-analyzation, it’s found in alignment with our instincts and the flow of life.

You want peace of mind? You’re not going to find it by sitting around and overthinking every single thought, feeling, and action. That’s mental masturbation, my friend. We’re not here to analyze every damn thing like some academic philosopher.

If you want to feel tranquil, you need to be the unchallenged aplha, sitting in some goofy position humming is only going to make you desensitized and lobotomized from your real purpose. Conquest and DOMINATION.
