I had a good prime where most called me chad (See avi), I've fallen by the wayside in my late thirties early 40s, got really overweight, I think I could get back to it if I lost the weight.

I'm trying to lose the weight, I'm a 3/10 now, thats the effect massive weight gain has.

I'm not extroverted at all, I am very introverted, the girlfriends I had in my youth were purely from my looks.

well good luck in loosing the weight, from ur profile it looks like u go gym alot so I'm sure u can loose it in no time!

that's good to hear gives me a little hope and motivation to look after myself a little more, where would u meet these girls would u go out often?

They just kinda happened, I dont know if you ever had girlfriends but you really have to go out and meet people to get a girlfriend, incels I've known would just sit and home and rot everyday and never meet new people.

Yeah I haven't unfortunately but I don't go out at all which is why I don't really claim inceldom because I know I'm not helping myself with my lifestyle, as u have said perfectly I just rot at home and don't speak to anyone

I don't think I have spoken to a stranger IRL for years, atleast I don't remember doing... so its my fault really
