IMO its pani puri
i see it all the time but never try. It looks so ripe for contamination and its just watery stuff in these finky edible cups. Just buy a drink and something to eat seperately. you just want the taste of some dudes hand in your water or something?

Whats yummy to one is cursed to the other. I dont think i had morels. most mushrooms if you dont have them fresh or its like mushroom bomb i think

Well for one we pick and dry morels after hunting them, it's a big thing around up here.

2nd I can't think of anything by dried morels or maybe dried porcini, it I'm doing mushrooms I want them fresh. It's harder to get a lot of ingredients like I used to living in Portland or even South Carolina.

I bought dried Shitake regrettably.
thats why am all weird about your morels. From what i understand. Dry shitake is the test to see the depths of your mycophillia

I really don't recommend a lot of dried mushrooms.

I don't think dried shiitake even events the conversation for me.

I really like this place in Portland for Asian stuff including mushrooms, a pound of fresh peels garlic for like 2 bucks. That's what I miss about the cities is Asian and Slavic stuff.

I have been to countries abroad but I never planned or are planning to go to India.
