I don't know if the average person is college-educated, or holds a degree. That depends on where you live but I think that'll generally be true. There is a difference between the average collegiate cocksleeve and everyone else. I see the sort of people you're talking about in the city mostly--flashier clothes mixed with dirty streetwear, middle-to-upper-class and college-educated--they're more likely to be an affluent, upwardly mobile demographic. I have no idea what Edmonton is like, but my experience is from being surrounded by Indians and Pakis. That's also true everywhere.

Every normalfag comprises some average, but not all averages are comprised (solely) by normalfags. Normalfags are gatekeepers of value, they set the standard for what is acceptable in certain social spheres.
