I always try to hit a bit over 100g a day. I'm not a huge carb eater and I'm trying to lose weight, so this is not too difficult for me to achieve without watching intake.
Insufficient protein consumption, i try but my appetite simply won't allow it and i refuse to take those protein powders full of heavy metals and other toxic ingredients. I'm not gymcelling but i need around 100g of protein to heal a wound i have.
