It comes down to brain connectivity, our brains don't filter out the noise the way neurotypical brains do. Big picture holistic thinking, however, can be learned by high functioning autists.

Seeing the details provides certain advantages. In ancestral environments, traits like hyper-focus, solitary foraging, or exceptional memory/detail orientation likely aided survival (e.g. quality tool-making, animal tracking). That's carried over to the modern work place. It's actually kind of weird why foids evolved to find it unattractive, but I guess it comes down to Chad's silent confidence and looking at the bigger picture to transcend the details and conquer with higher level meta.
