Autistics should get longer vaca's

I was thinking about why the vast majority of autistic people are unemployed and i think i found a solution that might help. It should be legally required for all us to get a 3 month vaca, season of there choosing. paid vaca but reducing the pay in that 3 month span. but you have to be working at your place of at least 1 year full time before you get this privilege to insure they don't try and scam the system. I think if governments implemented this a lot more autistic people would be employed. Its evident that the system does not work for us and never will with the current workforce thats at practice right now.

I mean, it's going to be pretty hard when autistics are already stigamatised and discriminated against, and it's hard for them to actually get employed in the first place.

as a (seemingly fellow) autist, i disagree. i think that's WAY too much leniency and too many lower functioning autists would abuse it even with the restrictions you put forth. you also have to remember that caretakers for previously mentioned lower functioning autists would also abuse it. i think a better solution would be careers that are autist focused or a company that specifically makes accommodations for autists. (by autists, for autists.)

generally it seems like corporations and businesses don't really bother accommodating for us because it's too expensive, they are too ignorant to properly accommodate, or they don't care since they aren't legally required. it's to the point a friend of mine in spite of being turbo autistic refuses to tell his managers when at new jobs that he's an autist because they've consistently treated him differently.

it also shouldn't be up to the government to provide cushy things like that, it should be something you as an individual strive for yourself. i think that 100% is part of the whitepill, making yourself as comfortable as you can on this hell of an earth.

The actual job hunting part is hell, and also negotiating for payrise, having to endure group meetings (when you are clearly never truly a part of any group). The solution is to vet for autistics in school and immediately add them to a register where they are systematically trained into a career based on their special interest with clear-cut career progression, also to prioritize them for remote and isolated careers.

The problem is autists cannot do the whole 9-5 routine, at best they can do nightshifts where you do nothing and don't have to interact with anyone. The whole 9-5 office politics/socializing is brutal for your average long term unemployed NEET.

You forget the issue of office politics which automatically results in the autist being shunned and likely bullied by his colleagues. And you get reported to HR for being difficult to work with or some other dumb reason.
Also guys keep in mind they're projecting every 1 in 2 children to be autistic by 2050. That's absolutely insane, a world full of autists.

Chances are if Every other baby born is autistic, we will have a mass amount of non-functional, non-verbal crazy autistics, like that oweee meme guy. They will need full time care and everything will be fucked. Autists being a small % of humans is okay, but in bigger numbers so many other issues start to arise. Most autists won't be like us, functional autists.

I guess ine factor is that people are having babies late in life. I supposed the fact that today people have more knowledge about autism can help to easy diagnosis people.

could be a variety of reasons, vaccines, microplastics, pesticides (roundup/etc), Preservatives/chemicals/emulsifiers/ the list goes on and on. It's all poison and who knows what's causing it or whether it's a combination of things.

Also this, a lot of women are being "career women" and waiting until their 30s to have geriatric pregnancy when in reality girls should be getting pregnant from 18-25 ideally
